Single Origin, Every Time
Single-origin coffee comes from one growing region or farm — never mixed or blended with beans from elsewhere. The world's coffee-growing regions fall under three broad geographies: the Americas, Africa and Arabia, and Indonesia. Within those regions, coffee is grown in almost 80 countries, and each origin produces a distinct character shaped by latitude, altitude, climate, and harvest method.
Every bean has an optimal roast — a precise point where aroma, body, acidity, and flavor align perfectly. Because we work exclusively with single-origin beans, we cannot rely on blending to mask imperfection. That commitment pushes us to source only the highest-quality beans available.
