At Origin Coffee is a specialty coffee company providing single-origin, unblended coffee beans. "Specialty coffee" was first coined in 1974 by Erna Knutsen to describe beans of the finest flavor produced in special microclimates. To earn the designation, a bean must score 80 points or above on a 100-point scale set by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).

The unique flavors and characteristics of each bean reflect the soil, altitude, climate, and harvesting methods of its origin. Our goal is simple: to drink, serve, and supply the very best coffee — always well-prepared, freshly roasted, and properly brewed.
